Absolutely loved the breakfast spread, especially the assorted fruits! The nearby Bar Hispano is a must-visit for delicious food and vibe. Plus, the location is a gem for foodies eager to explore Montevideo's culinary scene.
WiFi was sporadic and there was an odd odor upon entering the room, but it faded quickly. Still, everything else brought a shine to my stay.

Charming vintage experience in Montevideo
The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Montevideo's culture and attractions on foot, with friendly staff always ready to offer helpful advice. Breakfast was a delightful treat, featuring a wide range of options.
While the hotel has a nostalgic charm, some amenities are outdated, including the slow-filling toilet in our room, which provided a humorous distraction during our stay. Wi-Fi connectivity was inconsistent.

The rooms feel very outdated with minimal updates!!! The Wi-Fi connection left much to be desired, sporadic at best!!! The elevators are an ancient relic and could really use some modernization!!!

I recently stayed at London Palace for 10 nights. Seriously loved the location-just a quick walk to everything! Breakfast was a big hit, with excellent coffee and tasty pastries. A few things showed their age, like the elevator and Wi-Fi, but I’d totally stay again for the price!

Great location just a few blocks from key attractions, allowing for easy exploration on foot. The breakfast featured delicious homemade rice pudding and an array of tasty breads that impressed me. However, the rooms were quite outdated, with small bathrooms and signs of wear on towels. Wi-Fi connectivity was unreliable, and the elevator felt particularly dated. Despite these issues, the friendly staff made the stay worthwhile.

Absolutely loved the central location, just steps away from restaurants and attractions! The area felt super safe, and I could easily explore everything on foot.
The air conditioning was a bit of a dust factory. I half expected it to start sneezing! And the bedcovers? Rougher than a cat on a scratching post.
